This policy explains what information Naya Safar (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website or enquire about a tour, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the booking form or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, chosen tour, preferred dates, number of travellers and any notes. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare an itinerary and quote
- To arrange transport, accommodation, permits and guides for your trip
- To contact you about your booking before, during and after travel
How enquiries are sent
Our booking form opens WhatsApp (or your email app) so your message is sent directly to us. Messages sent via WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Sharing
We share your details only with the hotels, drivers and guides needed to deliver your tour. We never sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
