Day 1
Lahore / Islamabad → Kumrat (Thal)
Drive via Dir and Thal into the forested Kumrat valley.
Day 2
Kumrat forests, waterfalls & Kala Chashma
Explore the Panjkora river, cedar forest and cold springs.
Day 3
Jahaz Banda meadows
Jeep to Thal, then trek up to the Jahaz Banda meadows and camp.
Day 4
Katora Lake trek
Day hike to the alpine Katora Lake and back to camp.
Day 5
Kumrat → Islamabad / Lahore
Return journey via Dir.
